A Community Thrives for Veronica's Voice

A Community Thrives is a nationwide grantmaking and crowdfunding initiative offering a way for neighbors, friends, family, and peers to support community-building ideas, and a chance at +$2,000,000 in grants to get them off the ground and running.

We must raise $3,000 by Aug 15 to be eligible for a grant through this project. 

Veronica's Voice strives to empower women to exit from, to prevent the entry into, and to end all demand for prostitution-sex trafficking in the United States through survivor leadership. Since 2000, our organization has been providing services in the Kansas City area including free transitional housing, therapy, addiction recovery, life skills, financial and computer literacy, job skills training through our social enterprise, demand reduction through men's education, and policy and advocacy work. 

The money raised through the A Community Thrives initiative will go toward our Capital Campaign which will be utilized to purchase and set up a new commercial space for our organization to hold classes and recovery groups, grow our social enterprise, and bring on new staff members. We are at a pivotal moment of growth and we thank you for your support as we work to create a world where all are free.
