More beef, more often. The mission of the Mo Beef Kids program is supported by local farm families, who donate cattle to local schools, to provide nutrient dense beef on the school lunch tray.
Beef's ten essential nutrients and protein content help fuel young minds and bodies, while connecting students to the process of food from farm to school. An educational component in the classroom brings the experience full circle, sharing the story of beef from farm to plate.
The Mo Beef Youth Academy extends the mission of the program through Junior and Senior High School 4-H and FFA ambassadors. Academy members move the mission forward and make a positive difference in their communities.
Program resources are needed to help power passionate people and support logistical needs between partners. We want to get more beef in hungry bellies! Learn more at mobeefkids.com.
