I am a mom of a heart warrior and a member of Mended Little Hearts and I have committed to helping advance the mission of the organization through this fundraising challenge. The Mended Hearts, Inc. has been inspiring hope and improving the lives of heart patients and their families for 70 years. This year we are striving to reach underserved communities to assure that our peer-to-peer support, education, and advocacy is available to everyone!
Peer-to-peer support is so important. As a single mom, it is nice to know that I haven't been alone in this heart wrenching journey.
