$3,050 goal

Quarter Acre for the People is a program that brings BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) families with children together around issues of land access, food justice, and sustainable agriculture. This year, we have hosted events at local farms, planted community gardens, learned and laughed together. Soon we will be harvesting produce for our community, and cooking and canning. Next year, we have big plans to create eco-homes on the farm for BIPOC families that would like to learn how to cooperatively farm to come and live for a period of time, immersing themselves in farming. To qualify for the A Community Thrives Grant, we need to raise $3,000. We can do it! Many thanks.
