As we celebrate this major milestone and progress into our 65th year of service, we do so with a newly updated mission statement: The Arc of Southeast Iowa fosters communities of respect and inclusion through advocacy, support, and service. This statement is built on the history and foundation of the organization and will be our guidepost moving into a new era.
