Robert Hoffman

In Nov 1997 I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease.   In December I had open heart surgery bypass and valve replacement. I was visited by Mended Hearts and joined in 1998.  I have been a visitor at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Ct since them.  I am part of Chapter 009 Greater Hartford and also serve as Northeast Regional Director and National Board member for Mended Hearts. As we say in Mended Hearts " It is great to be alive and help others"

Each year we have a fund raiser called World of Support where we raise community funds in addition to our corporate donations.  This is very special for me.  I have had success in past years and hope to do well this year.  I hope you each can help me reach my goal of $3000.  Thanks for your past support and hoping you can help again.
