THANK YOU TO THE MIGHTY GREENWAVE!

Here's a peak of our Student Ambassadors in action! This past month, we worked with the students and staff of Churchill County Highschool and presented our Project ROARR program. With the events of a debate, IPE training and college preparation, these students were exposed to a multitude of options to look forward to as they complete their high school career. We are passionate about our programs and the impact they have on students far and wide across Nevada.

You can help make the difference. We are still fundraising with A Community Thrives and we are only three days away until it all ends. Help us reach our goal and our programs will only get bigger and better! We are so close to our goal and you can be the driving force that gets us to that finish line! Thank you to everyone who has donated, liked, and shared. Let's end this fundraiser strong!

High Sierra Area Health Education Center (AHEC) is a federally and state-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit and our mission is to develop a current and future pipeline of qualified healthcare workers for Nevada, as well as, develop and enhance education and training within community-based organizations and academic institutions. The health care workforce pipeline connects students to careers, professionals to communities, and communities to better health. High Sierra AHEC focuses on representing both underserved and rural communities throughout the programs to ensure that everyone is given an opportunity for a successful career and a strong healthcare community.
