I am joining forces with the community of people working to build Lily's Pad! Our goal is to create a place for children and their families who are going through medical battles that weaken their immune system. Lily's Pad will be a missing piece in the holistic approach of healing for these children. It will focus on their mental and emotional health and free them from the loneliness and isolation that they often experience.
I am taking on a physical challenge of movement for the month of October to represent the journey these kids are on and to put a focus on my own health. I invite you to not only support my fundraising efforts with a donation to the Lily's Pad project, but to join me in the "Live, Laugh and Play - Your Own Way" 30-day Challenge for October.
