In November 2020 we will deliver our first fully built, modular, tiny home to our future village that will house 32 chronically homeless and disabled Wilmington, NC residents. More specifics can be learned at edenvillagewilmington.org. We are seeking these funds through October 16, 2020 via this grant site to build the foundation and furnish the first 400 square foot tiny home. This home will serve as a model for future potential donors to learn more about Eden Village, a successful model based upon a successful tiny home village system in Springfield, Missouri.
