PBJ Connections specialize in helping youth and families function better despite struggling with a mental health issue. They provide EAGALA model equine-assisted psychotherapy, which is experiential in nature. This can be highly effective for youth and families who have struggled to make progress in a more traditional treatment setting. We also utilize CBT, Expressive Arts, Solution-focused therapy with individuals, families and groups both with the horses and in a traditional office setting.
