Concordance

Each year, more than 600,000 individuals are released from prison, most without the support needed to successfully rebuild their lives. Within five years, 71% are rearrested, continuing a costly and devastating cycle that impacts families and communities alike.

Concordance exists to change that. Through our holistic, evidence-based approach, we provide 12 individualized and integrated services all under one roof, including behavioral health and wellness support, life skills development, and employment and job readiness training. By centralizing care, we remove the barriers to access transportation, scheduling, and logistics so participants can focus on rebuilding their lives.  

Given the transformations we experience daily as we partner with participants on their journey, we are reminded, time and again, that our participants never needed a second chance. They needed their first.
