Navigating the return to the community after prison can be an overwhelming and fragmented process. While there are a lot of re-entry programs doing great work in the space, what sets Concordance apart is our holistic approach - providing 12 integrated services under one roof. We provide behavioral health and wellness interventions, community and life skills, employment and job readiness training, and more. We remove the barriers of transportation, scheduling, and logistics by centrally coordinating our services in one location. We partner with our participants every step of the way through the 18-month journey - from pre-release therapy sessions to full time employment. As we partner with them, there is a ripple effect created in their families and their communities.

There are 10 million children in this country who have experienced parental incarceration; these children are six to nine times more likely to end up in prison themselves. They are also more likely to experience low academic performance and school absenteeism. Ending the cycle of reincarceration not only provides a better future for our participants, but it will also have a direct impact on this next generation.
