"So OTHERS May LIVE"  The Ramsey Rescue Squad is an independent, volunteer-based, heavy rescue squad which continuously strives to be on the forefront of the emergency rescue industry.  We aspire to retain our standing as the number one rescue company in the region.  We strive to uphold this reputation in the community by developing and delivering highly specialized emergency services.  We achieve this through safety, training, and effective leadership.  We resolve to offer the community with professional, competent, and effective emergency services.

The Ramsey Rescue Squad is looking to increase our rescue capabilities by purchasing Confined Space Rescue Equipment for approximately $25,000.

Our all volunteer organization is a part of a Technical Rescue Task Force for emergency response in Northern Bergen County, New Jersey, wherein if a technical rescue emergency such as confined space rescue, trench collapse, structural building collapse, hazardous materials chemical release, etc. occurs, the Ramsey Rescue Squad is automatically dispatched. The purpose of this campaign is to replace our antiquated tripod equipment that our volunteer organization has been using for the past 20 years for Confined Space Rescues. By bettering our frontline Confined Space Rescue equipment to purchase a Davit Hoist System for Confined Space Rescues, the Ramsey Rescue Squad will be able to better serve the Bergen County community and follow through on our their mission to protect the people of Bergen County, NJ.
