Prevention Coalition of St Johns County

PC of St. Johns County is a nonprofit that offers free resources and education to the community to build resilience and mental wellness in youth and give caregivers the tools to recognize warning signs in youth in order to prevent and reduce underage alcohol/ substance misuse, overdose, and/or addiction in St. Johns County. 

Prevention Coalition is an organization in St. Johns County that brings together different sectors of the community to address the issue of underage alcohol/substance misuse. Monthly coalition meetings include members from the following disciplines: youth, parents, education, business, government, faith-based, media, law enforcement, substance abuse/mental health providers, youth serving agencies, healthcare, civic/volunteer groups, and any community residents who are interested in contributing to prevention efforts in St. Johns County.
