Lilyfield is a Christ-centered ministry devoted to providing safe and stable families for at-risk children and youth.

Lilyfield is inspired by the vision of Casey Family Programs to build “Communities of Hope.” This model calls for mobilizing the nonprofit, faith, civic and business communities to respond in holistic ways to the challenges faced by families who face high risk of involvement with child welfare. The program is highly collaborative and built on the concept that the community must work together to respond to the needs of children and families before the trauma of separation through foster care occurs. 

The past two years have brought all of us unexpected and ongoing challenges. The children and families we serve have experienced extreme hardships and their needs are greater than ever. We reflect with gratitude and joy that Lilyfield has been able to stay a constant, healing presence in our communities.

Through A Community Thrives Grant, Lilyfield has the opportunity to receive up to $100,000 to fund a mobile Family Resource Center.  This center will allow us to bring activities and resources into communities we serve where lack of transportation might otherwise be an obstacle. 

In order to qualify for this grant, we must raise at least $6,000 through this platform. In the event we do not receive the grant, all funds raised here will go towards our regular programming needs. It's a win/win for Lilyfield and we need your help!
