$3,000 Goal

Kentucky Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home. We believe affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable communities.

We are urgently raising funds to create affordable housing for Kentucky's veterans through an exciting project --- A THRIVING COMMUNITY Challenge. It is an honor to be selected for this opportunity to compete for $100,000 sponsored by Gannett Foundation and we need your donation today.

In Kentucky, more than 40,000 veterans who served us and our country now need our help. These veterans have many differences such as age, gender, military branch, and service length, but all 40,000 Kentucky veterans share housing challenges. The condition, overcrowding and/or cost of their home or rental has created unstable, unhealthy and unsafe living conditions for these individuals who so bravely defended our country's freedom.

Please help Kentucky Habitat for Humanity help them through new home construction or critical home repairs.

This work is taking place across the state of Kentucky and we ask that you please consider a gift today. Together we will create strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter.
