Mission: To prevent interpersonal violence BEFORE it starts.

Vision: Safe and healthy relationships for all- free of interpersonal violence.

Our Promise: Bring Love On Others More 365 days a year.

Big Hairy Audacious Goal: Educate and activate 10% of youth as peer advocates and adults as trusted allies across the U.S. by the year 2030 to uproot abuse in a generation.

5 STRATEGIES TO UPROOT ABUSE IN A GENERATION:

EDUCATE

We develop, deliver and test research-based curriculum to teach young people ages 11-24 about unhealthy v. healthy relationships and how to reduce and prevent dating violence and sexual violence in a generation.

ACTIVATE

We activate students as peer advocates who amplify our mission, engage in honest peer to peer conversations and lead their campus communities in the work to bring love on others more by cultivating a culture of empathy, respect and consent for all.

ADVOCATE

We increase safety and healing among 11-24 year olds who have been impacted by interpersonal violence through a Text/Chat Helpline, Peer Support Groups, as well as individual advocacy services, case management, safety planning, trauma therapy and ongoing emotional support.

INTERVENE

We interrupt and reduce interpersonal violence by providing trauma informed prevention education, life skills training and treatment to youth at risk for perpetration. By intervening early we will prevent harm and save lives.

TRAIN

We train parents, caregivers, school personnel, School Resource Officers, youth counselors, service providers, and other "trusted adults" to recognize, remove and respond to the help seeking barriers faced by youth experiencing, witnessing or perpetrating violence.
