Boundless Impact

Boundless Impact was formed in 2012 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to implement the North Carolina Global Schools Network international education initiative, now under NC’s Department of Public Instruction. Over the past 10 years, our organization has leveraged this experience in building statewide networks to focus on systemic change in cross-boundary leadership, inclusive innovation, cross-cultural engagement and entrepreneurship. Though a small organization, our initiatives include a network of partners who collaborate effectively across boundaries to drive collective impact towards our mission of “Building Human Bridges by Overleaping Boundaries”. 

Our nine-member board of directors includes diverse points of view across multiple disciplines and sectors, with extensive experience in innovation, design thinking and entrepreneurship. For the launch of ImagineHub, we have also formed a diverse Steering Committee to govern the collective impact and network leadership model across multiple organizations. While diversity and inclusion was part of our DNA since our founding, our board and organization have been on an equity journey over the last decade along with our society and philanthropy. Our journey has positioned us as a leader in equitable and inclusive economic initiatives.

Strategic Focus (Our What):

A nonprofit driving inclusive leadership and innovation initiatives across commerce, education,

civic and faith networks to unite and unleash prosperity for all communities.

Our primary footprint is in North Carolina, particularly the western half of the state. Our organization has also worked in Tennessee, Georgia and Florida, in collaboration with the United Methodist Church (UMC).
