ACTion Programs for Animals (APA) is a rescue organization in Las Cruces, NM, which continuously rescues dogs and cats from our shelter and the public; runs the pet food bank program; holds low-cost vaccination services for the public; runs the prison dog training program; and offers dog training classes.
