Quality Connections is a not-for-profit social service agency with a philosophy to create and maintain social and environmental programs.  Our mission is to provide quality support and employment services to individuals with disabilities and disadvantages in order to increase both their independence and participation in our community through our 5 divisions; QC office, QC learning, QC kids, QC works, and QC living. 

Quality Connections Office Supply program, QCoffice.org, is our social enterprise program, providing real-work employment and training opportunities for our Employment Services participants while meeting a vital need in our community.  QCoffice offers over 200,000 of the world’s top brands of office supplies to our valued customers while providing training and employment throughout our community.  Our 'shop with your heart' office supply program offers free local delivery and no sales tax on any purchase.  

QC's fastest-growing program for adults, QClearning, offers a Montessori-based experience designed to meet the unique stages of learning for the individuals we serve.  Our programs focus on increasing independence, teaching practical life skills, communication skills, and social skills.  Trained instructors guide participants through hands-on, sensorial lessons for reading, writing, math, and time skills.  Music, drama, gardening, and cooking classes are offered daily along with regular outings to a variety of places in our community.  We are committed to providing a fun and positive learning experience for all.  

QCkids is a Montessori-based early intervention program for infants and toddlers, as well as a training opportunity for our participants with an interest and desire to work with children. Our instructors provide opportunities that help youth and adults with barriers be better prepared for their successful transition to adulthood, have fewer behavioral problems, and have a chance to fully participate in our community. With the lingering effects of COVID-19, we see more families struggling to find quality affordable programs that will prepare their children for preschool and kindergarten.  QCkids is available for our staff and our referred participants who may need childcare while engaging in our employment and training programs.  

QC's Employment Services department, QCworks, provides employment opportunities and support services to individuals with disabilities and disadvantages.  We assist individuals in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining employment.  QC works teach marketable skills, enabling individuals to become productive members of our community.  

QC's residential program, QCliving, continues to help individuals meet their goals of independence and community inclusion.  Our talented staff continuously make great strides in teaching independence at home and in our community.  Residents are engaged and encouraged to speak up for themselves, make their own choices, ask questions, know their rights, problem-solve, and become very self-determined.  

QC has received local, statewide, and national recognition for our successful programs and we are excited to continue to enhance the quality of life for the people and community we serve.
