Doors of Hope

At Doors of Hope, we serve our community by empowering women to break the cycle of addiction, homelessness, and incarceration through education, intervention, mentoring and case-management in a safe and supportive recovery-based environment. We provide a recovery based reentry program for those being released from incarceration and drug rehab in 50+ counties across the state of Tennessee.

Our current fundraiser (listed below) is to help us renovate our Big Blue house. The Big Blue house is over 40 years old and is our largest transitional housing unit. When clients come into our program, we want to let them know they are in a safe and stable environment, so that they can focus all their efforts on recovery. It is also where we hold community night for our clients, provides a classroom for our peer recovery specialists, and the offices of our mental health counselor and their master level interns. This house is an integral part of our organization and community here at Doors of Hope, and it's time for an update! We plan on renovating bedrooms with built in storage, adding energy efficient upgrades, and addressing any needed repairs.
