Lunenburg Skate Park Inc

The Lunenburg Skate Park began when a handful of middle-school boys used a school “Genius Hour” assignment in 2017–18 to solve what they saw as a simple problem—there was nowhere safe and legal to skate—and their refusal to let the idea end as a classroom exercise turned it into a nonprofit, a community fundraising campaign and eventually a complex municipal construction project that has survived nearly a decade of changing students, locations, designs, regulations and costs.
